In this edition of the Creative Guide to Outdoor Photography, I discuss how setting constraints on your photography is a great way to spur creativity. It's counterintuitive, but limitations are extremely valuable in creative thinking. I use the example of a backpacking trip I took in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge where I limited myself to using one 40mm lens.
